AMADEUS

AMADEUS runs under QBASIC on WINDOWS. The necessary files are available here for download.

In addition to the program (AMADEUS.BAS), several datasets are needed:
The files *.AMA contain the parameter lists for different runs. AMADEUS.CAT contains the list of datasets.
These datasets are written in ASCII and may be edited if necessary. 

The user's manual provides documentation and help information.

The report "A fast algorithm for precise energy-loss calculations of high-energetic heavy ions" gives
detailed information on the range relations used in AMADEUS.
