FRS users' meeting 2003 Thanks! The 2003 FRS Users' Meeting took place as planned on February 12-14, 2003 at GSI-Darmstadt. About 90 people from 27 institutes listened to the presentations and took part in the lively discussions, helping to make the meeting very successful. On-line proceedings To summarize the discussions, and also as a service to those who couldn't join us, we have put together an "on-line proceedings" consisteing of most of the transparencies shown during the meeting.
