In the Normal Operation Mode the Gas Flow for the Detectors CG01 and CG02 is controlled only at the Ar/CO2 Gas Distribution Rack
Before venting the Target Area be sure that the Low Pressure Gas System is set into the
Normal Operational Mode to avoid bouncing of the pocket windows!
